摘要
三峡工程引水压力管道直径大,施工条件复杂,技术含量较高。施工中设计了专用大型模板,应用了热镦粗直螺纹连接、My-box设备、高流态混凝土、拔管施工工艺等多种新方法和新工艺,保证了施工质量和生产进度。分别从模板工程、钢筋制安和混凝土施工三大方面叙述了引水压力管道土建施工的特点。
The power penstocks for the Three Gorges left powerhouse feature special arrangement, complicated construction conditions and high technical level, therefore, specially-designed huge formwork, connection of heading steel bar with straight screw, My-box device, high flow concrete and tube drawing techniques were applied to construction of the penstocks. These features in civil construction are presented in this paper from the following aspects:design and placement of forms, installation of steel bars and concrete placement.
