摘要
平动齿轮机构不但具有较大传动比也具有较高的机械效率 ,这一点可由实测的三环减速器的效率得到证实。然而 ,在利用啮合功率法来计算该机构的效率时 ,结果偏差较大 ,文中对这一问题进行了讨论 。
The parallel move gears have high train ratio and high efficiency, this can be confirmed by three ring retarder , but when calculating the efficiency by the ordinary meshing rating algorithm, big error occurs. In this paper, we first analyzed this problem, and then present a better meshing rating algorithm for calculating the efficiency of parallel move gears.
