摘要 针对汽包锅炉给水过程的特点 ,设计自适应模糊控制器 ,并采用一种模糊控制的遗传算法将控制器的隶属参数进行优化。理论分析和仿真结果都表明该方案对解决汽包锅炉给水内扰动特性的延迟及蒸汽流量和热负荷扰动时的“虚假水位”有显著效果 ,具有快速的时实性和强的鲁棒性 。 Taking account of the specific features of the water feeding process for a drum boiler, the authors have designed a type of self adaptive fuzzy controller with its subordinate parameters being optimized by the use of a fuzzy control based genetic algorithm. The results of a theoretical analysis and simulation indicate that the control scheme under discussion is highly effective in solving a variety of problems. The latter include the delay of inner perturbation characteristics of boiler feedwater and the emergence of 'false water level' during steam flow rate and thermal load disturbances. The method features rapid adaptability and exceptional robustness, enjoying a high potential for engineering applications.
