艰难梭菌毒素B基因克隆和分子生物学特性研究进展
摘要
艰难梭菌毒素B是一种细胞毒素,可以引起肠黏膜损害,以往认为毒素B的毒性比毒素A大,但必须通过毒素A才能致病。但近些年来,一些地区爆发了毒素A阴性毒素B阳性的病例,引起了人们对毒素B研究的重视,本文将对重点阐述毒素B基因功能片段克隆及其分子生物学特性的研究概况。
