摘要
本文研究了手弧焊、CO_2气体保护焊及船型位置埋弧自动焊3种方法焊接角焊缝的几何参数及其焊趾理论系数K_t的分布规律,进而讨论了焊接工艺方法、焊缝几何参数的统计波动、分布函数类型及其分布参数偏差对焊趾K_t统计特性的影响。
This paper deals with the distribution laws of the geometric variables and theoretical stress concentration factor Kt at toes of fillet welds of manual metal, carbon-dioxide and flat position submerged arc welding. Some discussions are made with the emphasis on the influence of several factors on the statistical characteristics of K_t at the weld toes, including the welding methods, statistical fluctuation of geometric variables, the type of distribution function and its deviation of parameters.
