摘要
随着工控机(IPC)越来越多地应用于自调匀整系统中,如何在Windows环境下实现自调匀整系统的实时控制就成为一个亟待解决的问题。首先分析了Windows下实时控制实现的难点,提出了VxD和Win32程序相结合的方案;然后以开环自调匀整系统为重点,根据开环自调匀整系统的一般模型,提出等距离采样-匀整控制算法,该算法能够较好地解决测量和匀整的配合问题;最后以针梳机为例,给出硬件和软件的实现方法。提出的实时控制的实现方法不仅适用于开环控制系统(即使高速并条机自调匀整装置),对于闭环、混合环也有一定的参考价值。
With more and more IPC used in the autoleveling system, the problem of how to realize autoleveler's real-time control on Windows is urgent to be solved. In this paper, firsdy, the difficulties of real-time control on Windows are analyzed, and the method of combination of VxD and Win32 is recommended; secondly, the open-loop autoleveling system is emphasized, a general model for the open-loop autoleveling system is introduced, equal-length sampling-leveling control algorithm is put forward to make a better cooperation of measuring and leveling; finally, these ideas and methods are applied to the design of a gill box autoleveler, hardware configuration and software programming methods of this system are also provided. The methods and ideas showed in this paper are not only applicable to the design of an open-loop autoleveler( even a high speed draw frame autoleveler), but also useful in the design of a close-loop or open-close loop autoleveler.
