Y-La-Si_3N_4陶瓷的显微结构分析

摘要 通过采用溶液法引入烧结助剂Y_2O_3、La_2O_3的工艺,研究了热压自韧Si_3N_4陶瓷的显微结构特征,着重分析了烧结助剂含量及配比对材料显微结构的影响以及材料的显微组织和力学性能的关系。结果发现,自韧Si_3N_4陶瓷中β-Si_3N_4柱状晶的双峰分布特征以及显微组织的均匀性对材料的力学性能起着决定性作用。 The processes of adding Y2O3 and La2O3 in Si3N4 powder as sintering additives by using the solutions of Y(NO)3 and La(NO)3 are reviewed. The microstructure of hot-press self-reinforced Si3N4 is studied in detail with emphasis on the effects of Y2O3 and La2O3 content and ratio on microstructure and mechanical properties of the Si3N4. It has been found that the distinct bimodal grain size distribution and the homogeneity of the B-Si3N4 columnar crystals are crucial to the mechanical properties of Si3N4 ceramics.
