摘要
对皮革丰满性和柔软性的测定原理及方法进行了探讨。现行实施的对皮革的评定是主观的 ,为了评价皮革的丰满柔软性 ,设计并制作了一种皮革顶伸性能测定仪 ,通过压缩和顶伸试验 ,用易于测定的参数压缩功 Wcp、回弹功 Wcr和顶伸功 Wf 等来确定皮革的丰满性和柔软性 ,分析结果与手感检测相一致。
The fullness and softness of the leather by compressing and lastometering experiments were studied. It is objective to evaluate the character of the leather at present. A kind of lastometering apparatus to test the leather's softness were desighed and made out. Some parameters, such as the compression work, the decompression work and the fullness work were quoted. The results are keeping with the results of HEM (hand evaluation method). It shows that the testing results are reliable.
