摘要
采用鱼骨形裂纹试验评定8090合金热裂纹敏感性,探讨了选择焊丝改善该合金抗裂性的可能性。利用扫描、电子探针及能谱分析技术,从母材、热裂纹断口形貌等方面分析了8090合金热裂纹敏感性高的原因。
The susceptibility of hot cracking in welding 8090 aluminium lithium alloy is evaluated by adopting of fish-bone testing method. The weldability is approached and improved with the correct selection of electrode wire in order to obtain good anti-cracking ability for this alloy. The reasons of hot cracking susceptibility are analyzed through electronic-scanning, electronic-probing and energyspectrometric methods on the patterns of fracture surface of hot crack and base metal.
