摘要
新时期新阶段我国农业发展的主要特征 ,是加快传统农业向现代农业转变 ,因而建设现代农业就成为全面建设小康社会的一项重大课题。如何推进现代农业建设 ?本文做了一些论述 ,提出一些思考。
The main characteristic of agricultural development at new stage is accelerating traditional agriculture's transforming into modern agriculture. How to build modern agriculture is a great subject in the course of well-off society building.
