摘要
本文分析了国家可持续发展与国际环境安全的关系 ,指出国家可持续发展有赖于公平的国际经济秩序和国际环境合作与协调机制的建立。并提出加强多边环境合作的基本原则与对策。
This paper analyzes relationship between national sustainable development and the international environmental security. It points out that national sustainable development relies upon the establishment of the international economical order, and the mechanism of cooperation and coordination of the international environment. It puts forward also basic principles and strategies for strengthening the mechanism of multilateral environmental cooperation.
