摘要
本文首先阐明国外国土规划的基本概念和体系结构 ,然后对欧盟、日本、韩国及东南亚等国家的新世纪国土规划体系和制度改革的特点、新理念、发展趋势进行比较研究。最后 ,指出国外国土规划对中国国土规划的启示和中国新时期国土规划编制的重要性。
Based on an introduction to the basic concepts and systematical structure of the national spatial planning, the characteristics, new idea and new trend in the reform of spatial planning systems in countries of the EU, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia are studied by using an international comparative model. Finally, the significance and suggestions of China' spatial planning in the new century have been presented in this paper.
