摘要
运用模糊综合评判理论 ,以某服装企业为例 ,分析了该企业人力资源管理的现状 ,建立了具体的评判指标体系。运用模糊数学中的模糊复合矩阵对所测指标进行运算 ,将定性指标转变为定量指标。
Using the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this thesis takes one fashion enterprise for an example to analyse the current situation of the human resource management in this enterprise and set up a detailed judgment indexes system. Meanwhile it uses the fuzzy matrix of fuzzy mathematics to calculate the measured indexes, change the qualitative indexes to a quantitative indexes and proposes accordingly the steps and countermeasures in view of the human resource management in fashion enterprises.
