摘要
论述了地下管线管理的现状与局限 ,探讨利用GIS平台建立地下管网地理信息系统的必要性和应用前景 。
This paper expounds present situation of management of underground pipeline net, probes into necessity of establishing information system of underground pipeline net by using GIS platform, and puts forward some suggestions in the light of defects of the system in implementing process.
