摘要
Lα氨基丙酸和顺丁烯二酸酐为原料 ,在乙酸中合成N -(L -异丙酸 ) -马来酰胺酸 ,且产率较高 .研究了原料配比、反应温度和反应时间对产率的影响以及溶剂对重结晶的影响 ,获得了较高的产率 .通过PERKIN -ELMERFTIR -1710红外光谱仪、PE -2 40 0有机元素分析仪、PERKINELMERDSC7、JAS .CB .DIP -3 60A旋光仪、INOVA -3 0 0 (Varian)
N-(L-Isopropionyloxy)maleamic acid was synthesized from maleic anhydride and L-α-alanine. With acetic acid as solvent. In this paper, material ration, reaction time and temperature have been studied in relate to their influences to yield. The product was characterized by PERKIN-ELMER FTIR-1710, PE-2400 element analytical instrument and polarimeter.
