摘要
党的十六大提出了全面建设小康社会,加快推进社会主义现代化建设的宏伟蓝图。中国未来的外交,必将着眼于这个大局,牢牢抓住这个重要的战略机遇,为确保全面建设小康社会目标的顺利实现和中华民族的伟大复兴,创造条件和营造有利的国际环境。党的十六大对国际形势作了科学分析,进而又以此为基础,对中国的外交战略问题作了科学论述。首先,认为当今的时代主题仍然是和平与发展;其次,认为世界多极化和经济全球化在曲折中发展。
The sixteenth National Congress of the Communist Party makes a blueprint for building a well-off society in all-round way and increasing the construction of socialist modernization. Chinese diplomatic action must be involved in this situation and master this opportunities to create the conditions for building the well-off society in all-round way and making China more powerful. The sixteenth National Congress makes a scientific analysis of the international situation and also makes the scientific discussion of Chinese diplomatic strategy. First of all, the major theme today is the peace and development; secondly, the multi-polarization and economic globalization have to go on in the tortuous way.
