摘要
教育部已经发布了中小学各科课程标准,新一轮课程改革的一个显著特点就是要求学生的主体参与性学习,课堂主体之间形成一种有效的沟通方式和策略。因此,从人际交往的社会心理学角度出发,总结近年来最新的研究成果,分析了新的沟通方式对学习过程的促进作用,从而论证了有效沟通对学生心理发展的重要性。
Ministry of Education of P.R.C. has released the new curriculum criteria for all subjects at primary and secondary schools, which means the beginning of the curriculum reform. The main character of the reform is that students are expected to participate actively in learning process and an effective communication methods and strategy between teachers and students must be formed and adopted in class. From the socio-psychological point of view based on interpersonal relationship, the paper demonstrates the importance of effective communication on the psychology development of the students by summarizing the latest development on these researches and analyzing the function of the new communication methods in class.
