摘要
绿色维修是现代设备管理与维修的新兴理论与技术.通过对绿色维修概念的论述,分析了实施绿色维修的可行性,重点探讨了矿机绿色维修的关键技术.研究表明,绿色维修具有广泛的应用前景,可以减轻或消除拆卸、更换等维修作业对环境的污染,降低有害介质对矿机维护人员健康的不利影响,最后,提出了矿机实施绿色维修的对策.
Green maintenance is burgeoning theory and technology of modern equipment management and maintenance. Through the discussion for the concept of green maintenance, its feasibility is analyzed. Some key technologies of coalmine machine green maintenance are studied stressfully. The result demonstrates that green maintenance has a broad application prospect. Green maintenance can reduce or eliminate the pollution of environment caused by maintenance working, and can reduce the negative influence of harmful medium on the health of the staffs doing coalmine machinery maintenance. Finally, the execute strategies of green maintenance are put forward for coalmine machinery.
