摘要
针对炉内煤高温燃烧中脱硫率低的国际性难点,从分析化学的角度在失重分析的基础上分析了高温脱硫添加剂的脱硫机理.利用管式炉在不同条件下(温度、时间、气氛等)对脱硫添加剂的样品进行煅烧,用Origin6 0画图软件拟合出了各种样品在不同条件下的煅烧特性;并用Poremaster60孔隙分析仪分析了各煅烧样品的孔隙率以及比表面积等重要参数;最后利用智能定硫仪测试了在不同温度下不同脱硫添加剂配方的脱硫效果,得到了脱硫添加剂脱硫效果与其孔隙特性的对应关系,为制备高效的高温脱硫添加剂提供了理论基础.
During coal combustion at high temperature in furnace, the desulfurization rate is difficult to promote. In order to study the desulfurization mechanism of sulphurremoval additive at high temperature in the view of analytical chemistry, based on the analysis of weight loss, we calcined all kinds of sulphurremoval additives under the different conditions(temperature, time and atmosphere)by tube furnace. And we simulated the calcined characteristic of all samples using the drawing software, Origin 60. We also analyzed the surface area and porosity of all calcined samples by Poremaster 60. At last, we measured and tested the sulphurremoval efficiency of all kinds of additives by intelligent sulphurretention instrument. Through these experiments, we understood the effects of many parameters such as calcined extent and porosity on the sulphur removal efficiency. Our efforts will be the base of studying the highefficiency sulphurremoval additives at the high temperature.
