煤种及炭化条件对活性焦孔隙结构的影响 被引量:21

摘要 活性焦由于其原料易得、价格低廉、着火点高、机械强度高而使其在净化空气、净化水、催化剂及催化剂的载体等领域的应用倍受关注.活性焦的应用取决于其孔隙结构的好坏,而活性焦孔隙结构特性是由其制备煤种及其制备工艺决定的.笔者在一流化床上系统地研究了煤种及炭化条件对活性焦孔隙特性的影响,发现彬县煤是制备活性焦的较佳煤种,其较高的挥发分与氧含量有益于活性焦孔隙结构的发展,同时较高的氧元素含量可能有益于活性焦苯甲酸吸附值的提高;不同的炭化条件(炭化温度400~800℃、炭化时间0~60min)对制得的活性焦的产率及其孔隙结构影响较小.因此,可以通过一步流化床工艺来制备彬县煤活性焦. The application of activated char as adsorbent agent, catalyst and catalyst support has been of increasing interest in the last few years because of its properties as follows: easily available raw material, low reactivity with oxygen, low cost, high mechanical strength, and so on. Activated char can be used to treat exhaust gas, waste water and catalyze oxidation reactions. The porous texture of activated char, which determined the application of activated char, is determined by coal type and preparation conditions. Here the effects of coal type and carbonization conditions on the porous texture of activated char on a batch fluidized bed were studied in detail. It is found that Binxian coal is a comparatively good raw material of activated char because its comparatively high volatile content and high oxygen content are beneficial to the development of the porous texture and the high oxygen content in Binxian coal maybe results in the increase of benzoic acid adsorption. It is also found that the carbonization conditions (carbonization temperature 400~800 ℃, carbonization time 0~60 min) have a little effect on the porous texture of the activated char derived. So the activated char can be prepared from Binxian coal through one step of fluidizing bed process.K eywords:activated char; preparation; coal type; carbonization conditions; porous texture
