摘要
TFDY-98油剂采用了凝固点低,平滑性好的合成脂肪酸酯做主平滑剂,配方中辅以适量的阴离子表面活性剂,以提高油剂上浆性,通过对乳化剂的筛选,使油剂的温度适应性在20℃～50℃之间。该油剂配方经实际生产证明可纺性好,上浆性好,染色M率高。
The spinning finishes (TTDY - 98) is mainly composed of fatty ester having lower frozen point and better lubricative property. The anionic surfactant acts as accessorial monomer to improve the sizing properity. Through the choosing of emulsifiers, it is possible to make the finishes adapt to the environment from 20℃-50℃. This formula was proved in production to have excellent spinnable property, and good sizing property, so it can provide fiber with a higher dye - uptake.
