摘要
以K_2S_2O_8-NaHSO_3为引发体系,丙烯酸乙酯为单体,实现了亚麻纤维接枝共聚合的工业性规模试验,得到接枝率在6%~14%范围的接枝改性亚麻纤维,可满足纺制新型接枝改性亚麻纱的工艺要求,为接枝亚麻纤维的工业化开创了一条新路。
The industrial test of flax fiber and ethylacrylate (EA) graft copolymerizatin was carried out with K2S208 - NaHS03 redox as initiation system. The effect of initiator weight, flax fiber, EA and the reaction temperature and time is controlled successfully, and the gain of graft modified flax fiber is C% in 4% - 16%. The grafted fiber can meet the needs for spinning new type flax fiber and open a new way for the industrialization of flax fiber.
