摘要
对两种不同单体的大豆蛋白纤维性能进行剖析。从形态结构、大豆蛋白含量以及各项基本性能进行对比,探寻大豆蛋白纤维的可加工性及开发利用的看法和建议。
In this paper the research are conducted on the properties of two kinds of existing soya protein fibers of different monomers. Modem testing technique and new analysis methods are adopted. Through the investigation of the morphological configuration and content of the soya protein fiber and its fundamental properties, it is concluded that the fiber can be processed. Finally. in order to exploit and make use of the fiber, some concrete viewpoints and constructive proposals are put forward.
