摘要
西部地区经济发展的重要制约因素是该地区的人口素质偏低。成人教育作 为一种基本教育形式之一 ,能在西部大开发的人才培养中发挥独特的作用。当然 ,为了更好地发挥成人教育的这种作用 。
It is the low quality of the population in West China that restricts the economical development of West China.Being one of educational forms,the adult education can play a distinctive part in the process of qualifying the people in West China.We certainly need to make some improvements in order to bring its function into better play.
