摘要
河流截流后，土石坝工程拦洪度汛断面的抢填往往是工程的关键时段。出于对坝体安全及进度要求方面的考虑，在汛期来临之前，坝体填筑要达到拦洪度汛高程。结合土石坝拦洪度汛期的施工特点，从施工及设计方面讨论了缓解施工强度的措施。
In consideration of safety of dam and programme, after river closure, it is critical to fill up dam to designed floodingprevent level before flooding. From the point of construction and designing, measures of relaxing construction strength will be discussed combining the construction characteristics during flooding period.
