摘要
因为危害市场经济秩序的是垄断行为和行政性垄断结构 ,所以反垄断的对象应是妨碍竞争的垄断行为以及缺乏市场竞争情况下形成的垄断结构。通过反垄断 ,让没有经过竞争形成的垄断发展为充分竞争以后形成的垄断 。
The true bane of market mechanism is the monopolistic d eeds and the monopolistic structure of government. The purpose of anti-monopoly should aim at the obstacle of free competition and the monopolistic insti tutional structure. Through antimonopoly, a competitive monopoly will replace th e institutional monopoly. Efficiency will be achieved.
