摘要
目的 观察美托洛尔 (倍他乐克 )对慢性充血性心力衰竭患者心脏功能和运动耐量的影响。方法 选择慢性充血性心力衰竭患者 6 4例 ,分为扩张型心肌病组和缺血性心肌病组 ,在常规治疗心力衰竭的基础上加用美托洛尔 ,治疗前后观察LVEF、E峰、A峰以及E/A比值、心功能分级和活动平板运动耐量变化。结果 通过以上观察指标证明美托洛尔对扩张型心肌病的疗效优于缺血性心肌病。结论 美托洛尔可对抗心衰患者交感神经对心脏的毒性反应 ,提高心脏功能和运动耐量 ,尤其是对以受体下调为主的扩张型心肌病疗效确切。
Objective To study the effect of metoprolol on heart function and movement endurance in patients with chronic congestive heart failure before and after its treatment Methods Sixty four patients with chronic congestive heart failure were selected and divided into the dilated cardiomyopathy group and ischemic cardiomyopathy group To observe the effect of metoprlol treatmeat on LVEF Ei/Ai, we obtained the volues of heart function and movenment endurance before and after treatment with metoprolol Results Through obsvervation the data from patients proved its treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy was better than that of ischemic cardiomyopathy Conclusion Metoprolol can resist the toxicity effect on congestive heart failure and improve heart function and movement endurance It is used better in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy with decrease of β1 receptor
