摘要
目的 观察对近视眼的周边视网膜变性和 /或裂孔进行预防性光凝的疗效。方法 散瞳检查近视眼眼底 ,发现周边视网膜变性和 /或裂孔 4 2只眼 ,予以预防激光治疗。结果 实行视网膜变性预防性光凝的患者 ,随访 9～ 12月无视网膜脱离发生。结论 激光预防性光凝治疗视网膜周边变性和 /或裂孔对预防视网膜脱离是安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the effect of laser photocoagulation of the peripheral retinal hole sand/or degeneration in myopic.Methods Full fundus examination for myopic patients was made with ophthalmoscopy.Peripheral holes,degeneration and vitreous retraction were found in 42 eyes of 33 patients,and all of them were treated with laser photo coagulation.Results No retinal detachment occurred within 9 to 12 months follows up.Conclusions Retinal laser photocoagulation is an effective and safety method for prevention the retinal detachment in myopia
