摘要
目的 探讨青光眼滤过术后持续性浅前房的原因及处理。方法 对我院 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 12 8例青光眼 (16 6只眼 )患者中 2 9眼发生术后浅前房的原因及处理作一回顾性分析。结果 术后有 2 9只眼出现浅前房 ,其发生率为 17.4 7%。按 Speath分类 ,浅 度 19只眼 ,浅 度 8只眼 ,浅 度 2只眼。其中滤过过强 10只眼 ,结膜瓣渗漏 3只眼 ,脉络膜脱离 4只眼 ,恶性青光眼 3只眼 ,其它 9只眼。结论 滤过过强是青光眼滤过术后浅前房的主要原因。
Objective To investigate the cause and the therapeutic method of shallow anterior chamber caused by filtrating operation of glaucoma.Method 29 eyes with postoperative constant shallow anterior chamber from 128 cases during 2000～2002 were analyzed.Result 29 eyes with postoperative complication of shallow anterior chamber,the incidence rate was 17.47%.The depth of shallow anterior chamber has been classified according to Speath classification,shallow anterior chamber grade Ⅰ in 19 eyes,grade Ⅱ in 8 eyes,grade Ⅲ in 2 eyes.Of all the 29 eyes,10 eyes with over drainage,3 eyes with conjunctival flap flushing,4 eyes with choroidal detachment,3 eyes with ciliary block glaucoma,9 eyes with other causes.Conclusion The shallow anterior chamber mainly resulted from over drainage while doing the filtrating operation of glaucoma.Through conserative treatment most patients with shallow anterior chamber can be cured.
