摘要
先秦法家各代表均从"趋利避害"或"自为"角度对人性问题进行了阐述,由此主张以严厉的教育来规范人的行为,使其心理发展观蒙上了极浓的功利色彩。比较而言,法家人性论的心理学意义不如儒家明显,但仍能提供一些经验或教训,给人以思考。
Representatives of the School of Fa in the pre-Qin days had a explanation on the humanity theory from the angle of 'seeking benefits and avoiding harms'or 'being beneficial to one's very self'.Therefore,they insisted on disciplining one's behaviorby way of severe education,which made their view of psychological development very utilitarian.Compared With Confucianism,the psychological meaning of the school of Fa was less obvious,yet it could offer some experiences or lessons,provocative of thinking.
