摘要
在公民道德建设的过程中,管理的作用不容忽视。管理作用的大小很大程度上依赖于管理方式的好坏,故可以说管理方式的好坏影响着我们公民道德建设的效率之高低。为此,本文对公民道德建设管理的作用、管理方式的现状进行分析,对管理方式的创新举措作出一定思考。以求更好地推动公民道德建设。
During the process of citizens' moral construction,the function of administration can's be ignored.The effect of administration is decided by its mode to a great extent.,so the mode influences the efficiency of citizens' moral construction.In the article,I discussed the function of the administrtion of citizens' moral construction,analyzed the status quo of the administration mode,and thought over innovative measures of administration mode in order to drive the citizens' moral construction further.
