摘要 目的:探讨神经生长导向因子Slit在鸡胚脊髓中的表达模式对发育和再生神经轴突的导向作用。方法:制备地高辛标记的RNA探针,应用原位杂交技术检测Slit基因mRNA在鸡胚不同发育期脊髓中的表达情况。结果:Slit基因mRNA的表达在中线结构区呈现优势。结论:神经生长导向因子Slit在鸡胚脊髓发育期轴突投射和神经通路形成中起重要作用。 Objective:To study the expression pattern of the nerve growth(or axon) guidance cue Slit mRNA in the spinal cord of embryonic chicken and its role in the axonal development. Methods: Antisense and sense Dig-labeled UNA probes to Slit mRNA were produced. The expression of Slit gene in the spinal cord of embryonic chicken at different stages was detected by the method of in situ hybridization. Results: The Slit gene was expressed mainly around the midline structure, appearing as midline dominance. Conclusion : Slit plays an important role in the axonal pathfinding and establishment of neural circuit in spinal cord development.
