摘要
本专辑依据大连港附近海域多学科综合调查资料,阐明社会经济、自然条件和水质、生物、底质现状,并按照国家有关标准,对海域环境质量进行了评价。 疏浚物排海和海洋自净研究的核心内容,是其沉降、扩散和输运。根据疏浚物沉降过程实验和数值分析,声学、放射性示踪沙跟踪试验,水动力条件和标识质点拉格朗日漂移数值跟踪试验,以及倾倒对水质影响数值分析等,研究疏浚物倾倒后,在“近场”及“远场”的沉降、扩散和输移特性。为定量预测它的物理归宿、环境影响提供科学依据。进而选定疏浚物倾倒区,並提出海域巯浚污染防治对策,供海洋执法部门强化海洋管理和有关单位倾废使用。 本专辑旨在应用现场调查评价与数值模拟实验相结合的方法,选划疏浚物倾倒区,建立一种适用的模式,为海洋环境保护事业服务。其中,所列各类数据、评价方法、数值分析等,对从事环境保护研究的部门、教学单位及个人,都有一定的参考价值。
The current issue of Marine Science Bulletin is devoted to the studies and selection of dredge spoil dumping ground in the vicinity of the Dalian Harbor. Based on the data of multi-discipline surreys conducted in the vicinity of Dalian Bay, systematic researches were made and a serieal description was presented in this issue in regard to socioeconomy, natural conditions and water quality, biota and bottom soil status. Assessment was made on environmental quality of the ground area in question thereby, according to the state standard concerned.The core part of research on dredge spoil dumping at sea and the assimilative capacity of the dumping ground lies in aspects of understanding of sedimetation, dispersion and transportation of dredge spoil in not only the immediate area but also adjacent area after dumping. Such a goal was achieved in this study through sedimentation process experiment with numerical analysis, acoustic and radioactive sand-tracer tracking experiment, hydrodynamic status experiment and Langrangian drift numerical tracking experiment on mark particle, as well as numerical analysis of dumping influence on water quality. Hence a foundation was laid down for the prediction of the final settlement of dredge spoil and the ensuing effects on surrounding environment. The dumping ground site was thus determind, accompanied with countermeasures against dredge spoil pollution, which is offered to marine administration to consider in marine law enforcement and to parties of interest to consult when having to do dumping.One aim in putting out this special issue is drawing attention to combining in situ survey assessment with numerical analysis experiment in selection of dredge spoil dumping ground as shown herein on the way to establishing a practical model in this discipline. The assorted data, assessment methods and numerical analyses herein should be of interest to institutes and individuals concerned with the subject.
