摘要
在实验的基础上,研究了以硫酸羟胺(HAS)为原料,水溶液中和法制备硝酸羟胺(HAN)的工艺过程,讨论了投料方式、反应温度、反应物浓度等对HAN得率的影响,得到了较优工艺条件。
Based on experiments, this paper studied the neutral process for preparing HAN from HAS in water. The influence of charging way of reagent, reaction temperature and concentration of reacting substances on the yield of HAN was discussed. An optimal production condition was obtained by the orthogonal experiment.
