网络技术的迅猛发展给高校图书馆的信息服务工作带来了全新而深刻的变化。本文阐述了网络环境下高校图书馆信息服务的新特点 ,论述了高校图书馆开展信息服务具备的优势 。
With the rapid development of network technique,the information service of university library takes place complete and profound changes.This article depicts the new features and superiorities of university library‘s information service, thus puts forward the tactics how to develop information service under the network environment.
