图书馆要适应经济社会发展与进步 ,必须改革旧体制 ,建立新体制 ,改革传统的服务内容和服务方式 。
To conform the library to economic delelopment and social progress,the old system must be reform and the new one must be set up,the traditional service contents and modes must be reformed and modernization of the library must be stepped up.
