β沸石的相对结晶度和Na_2O含量对FCC催化剂催化性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 β沸石的相对结晶度和Na2 O含量对引入 β沸石的FCC催化剂的催化性能有一定的影响。催化剂在 780℃下经 10 0 %水蒸气处理 4h后 ,影响FCC催化剂催化作用的主要因素是 β沸石的相对结晶度 ,Na2 O含量对催化剂初活性的影响不显著。催化剂在 780℃经 10 0 %水蒸气处理 17h后 ,β沸石的Na2 O含量对分子筛骨架稳定性的作用增大 ,从而导致引入高Na2 O含量的 β沸石的FCC催化剂的微反活性比低Na2 O含量样品的活性有所下降 ,同时使低碳烯烃和异构烷烃的产率降低。因此 ,引入FCC催化剂的 β沸石的相对结晶度要大于 80 % ,并要求其Na2 O含量低于 0 .1%。 The relative crystallinity and Na\-2O content in zeolite beta introduced into fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) catalyst have some effect on its catalytic performance. It was found that the key affecting factor on catalysis of FCC catalyst was the relative crystallinity of zeolite\|beta after the catalyst was hydrothermally treated using 100% water vapor at 780 ℃ for four hours, while Na\-2O content in zeolite beta had no remarkable effect on its catalysis. On the contrary, after the catalyst was hydrothermally treated at 780 ℃ for seventeen hours, Na\-2O content of zeolite beta had a great effect on the stabilization of zeolite skeleton. High contention of Na\-2O in zeolite beta can lead to catalysis of FCC catalyst decreasing as contrasting to low content of Na\-2O in zeolite beta introduced into FCC catalyst, and the yields of low carbon olefins and isomeric paraffins also decreased. The relative crystallinity of zeolite beta introduced into FCC catalyst should be over 80 percent, and Na\-2O content may be less 0.1 percent.
