摘要
分析了集美建成区各类用地增长及构成变化态势及其反映出的城市规划和建设的新问题,提出在新一轮城市规划调整中,进一步把握分区性质,明确城市发展策略和产业构成,构筑合理的城市用地结构和拓展城市远景发展空间的对策与措施.
This paper discusses the change states of the land increase and structure,and analyses the new programs of city plan and construction in Jimei district.It puts the countermeasure that further holds district character,defines development tactics and industrial composition,builds the reasonable land structure and opens up city longrange developing space.
