摘要
从患"白内障"病的牛蛙肝脏、心脏、眼睛等器官中分离到A 1 L、B 4 H、B 2 E3株细菌.各以108CFU/mL的浓度进行肌肉注射健康蛙,剂量为0.2mL.发现B 2 E分离菌可使实验蛙100%产生与自然发病相似的"白内障"症状,死亡率达70%,可确认该菌为"白内障"病的致病菌.该分离菌大小为(0.3~0.5)μm×(0.6~0.8)μm,短杆状,极生单鞭毛,革兰氏阴性,无芽孢,无荚膜,主要生理生化特性是葡萄糖产酸、产气;氧化酶、赖氨酸脱羧酶、精氨酸脱羧酶阳性;鸟氨酸脱羧酶阴性;能在TCBS培养基上生长、培养基呈绿色,但不能在6%NaCl蛋白胨水上生长.根据其主要生理生化特性,初步鉴定为气单胞菌(Aeromonassp.).药敏试验结果表明,该菌对链霉素等敏感,对氨苄青霉素、青霉素G、先锋霉素V等不敏感.
Three bacterial strains were isolated from eyes,liver and heart of the diseased bullfrogs suffering from 'caratact'.After injecting 0.2mL 108CFU/mL bacteria liquid to each bullfrog,the isolated bacteria 'B2E' caused 100 % bullfrogs appeared the same symptoms as the spontaneous,and mortality was 70 %.It is considered that the isolated 'B2E' is the pathogen of 'caratact' disease.The physiology and biochemistry test results showed that the isolated organism was gramnegative,short rod,measured 0.3~0.5μm in width and 0.6~0.8μm in length,one polar flagella;produced acid and air from glucose;oxidase reaction,lysine,ornithine were positive;aesculin was negative;growth on TCBS,showed green but not on 6 % NaCl.The isolate is thought to be identified as Aerxomonas sp. strain.The drug sensitivity tests showed that the isolated pathogen was sensitive to Streptomycin etc,but resistive to Ampicillin,Penicillin,Cefazolin.
