摘要
本文阐明了高等教育产业论和高等教育发展论,提出了高等教育将是我国新世纪的主导产业和朝阳产业,揭示了高等教育的全面适应性发展是我国高等教育发展的实现途径,而高等教育发展大众化目标的实现形态将是提高型高等教育与普及型高等教育的混合体。
This article introduces the theory of higher education industry and development, and states that higher education will be leading and sunrise industry of China in the new century. The paper reveals that all -around adaptable development of higher education is a pathway of accomplishment for our country' s development of higher education. The form of realization of higher education popularization will be an intermixture of improving higher education and popularizing higher education.
