摘要
海底电缆及其铺设技术是水下工程技术领域的一个重要分支。本文首先回顾了海底电缆技术的发展过程,统计分析了造成海底电缆事故的外部因素及比重,推荐了针对不同损害情况及海底环境条件所应采取的最佳保护措施。接着介绍了海底电缆施工中,不同开沟埋设技术与设备的基本特征。最后,笔者在依据国内调研所掌握资料的基础上,概要评价了我国海底电缆施工技术与设备的现状,提出了对近期亟待解决的几个问题的初步看法。希望能对我国水下工程海底电缆施工技术与装备的发展有所帮助。
The submarine cable and it's laying technique is an important part of underwater engineering technology. This paper reviews the developing his- tory of submarine cables, analyses the statistics for external factors to be causative of submarine cable failures, recommends the optimal protective measure in accordance with various damage failures and natural conditions on seafloor, Then main characteristic of various trench-burying technoquies and equipments in the submarine cable laying are described. Lastly, the auther evaluates the state of the art in submarine cable lay- ing technique and equipment at home, and in the light of China's specific conditions expound his viewpoints of urgently dealing with some problems in the developmeut of submarine cable constructions and technology.
