摘要 生物被膜是细菌在不利于其生长环境下产生的藻酸盐多糖 ,使细菌相互粘连形成的膜状物 ,为新发现的细菌耐药机制之一 ,临床上许多难治性感染与此相关。本文简述生物被膜的结构、特性、致病性及生物被膜相关感染的治疗现状 。
