摘要
目的 探讨超声对乳头及其疾患的诊断价值。方法 对因不同原因行乳腺超声检查的 30 0例女性患者共 5 98只乳头的声像图表现进行分析。结果 本组中正常乳头 92 % ;异常乳头 8% ,其表现为有或无乳头内陷两大类 :有乳头内陷者中先天性 6 .4 % ,后天性 1.2 % ;无乳头内陷者 0 .4 %。根据异常者不同的声像图表现 ,将先天性和后天性的内陷乳头分为轻、中、重三度 ;未侵及乳头、侵及乳头两类。.结论 超声可作为乳头的一种辅助检查手段 。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of the nipples and their diseases with ultrasound.Methods we reviewed the ultrasonographies of 598 nipples in 300 women whose nipples were observed when their breasts were examined bt ultrasound.Results We could find that the rate was 92% for the normal nipples,8% for the abnormal nipples which included the rate of 6.4% for the hereditary and inverted nipples,1.2% for the acquired inverted nipples,and 0.4% for the non inverted nipples.We could divide the hereditary and acquired inverted nipples into the slight,middle,serious mode or the non invaded and invaded mode.Conclusion We can use the ultrasonic examination to help the aoctors to diagnose and treat the nipples'diseases.
