正常大鼠吸入一氧化氮对心脏抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:1

The Influences of Anti-oxidation after Inhaling Nitric Oxide on Normal Rat's Cardiac Tissue

摘要 目的 观察吸入外源性一氧化氮 (NO)对正常大鼠心脏抗氧化能力的变化的影响 ,并评价其对心脏的毒副作用。方法  72只大鼠随机分为三组 ,均行气管切开、插气管导管。吸氧组 (G1 )单纯吸氧 (Fio2 0 .4 0 ) ,低浓度NO吸入组 (G2 )和高浓度吸入NO组 (G3)除吸氧外 ,分别吸入 0 .0 0 4 %和 0 .0 0 8%的NO。另取 6只大鼠建立正常值。数据行多个样本均数间方差分析。结果 血清中三组TAOC和SOD无明显差异 (P >0 .0 1) ,G1 和G3组MDA和MDA SOD高于G2 组 (P <0 .0 1) ,G2 和G3组NO均高于G1 (P <0 .0 1)。组织中G1 和G3组的SOD、ATP低于G2 组 (P <0 .0 1) ,MDA和MDA SOD水平高于G2 组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 吸入低浓度的NO能不同程度降低脂质过氧化物水平 ,提高大鼠心脏能量代谢水平和抗氧化能力 ,而高浓度NO则不同程度增加了心脏脂质过氧化物水平。提示 0 .0 0 Objective To observe the The in fluences of anti oxidation after inhaling nitric oxide on normal rat's cardiac tissue Methods 72 rats were divided into three groups All of the three groups were performed tracheotomy,and placed intubation.The control group (G 1) breathed O 2 (FiO 2=0.40).The group of inhaling low dense NO (G 2) and the group of inhaling high dense NO(G 3) breathed 40 ppm and 80 ppm NO respectively,besides breathing O 2 (FiO 2=0.40).In addition,6 animals served as normal controls to set up the normal value.The data were analyzed by ANOV A for multiple mean comparison. Results In sera there were no differences between TAOC and SOD in 3 groups.MDA and MDA/SOD of G 1 and G 3 were higher than.that of G 2( P <0.01),and NO of G 2 and G 3 was higher than G 1.In the cardiac tissue,ATP and SOD of G 1 and G 3 were lower than that of G 2 ( P <0.01),and MDA and MDA/SOD was higher ( P <0.01).Conclusion Inhaling lower dense of NO candecrease the level of lipid perovide,provide protective effect by improving the anti cxidation ability and increase the energy level of cardiac tissue.Inhaling higher dense of NO may increase the level of lipid peroxide of cardiac tissue.There may be some toxic effects of inhaling 80 ppm NO on heart.
