摘要
目的 :采用HPLG法测定人参首乌精中人参皂苷Rg1的含量。方法 :色谱条件以THMEROQUEST -ODS2 (15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5um)为色谱柱 ,乙腈一 0 .0 5 %磷酸 (99:4 0 0 )为流动相 ,检测波长 2 0 3nm ,流速 1.0ml/min ,外标法定量。同时考察了方法的线性、精密度、重现性、稳定性、回收率。结果 :线性相关系数r =0 .99999,精密度RSD(% )为 0 .2 ,重现性RSD(% )为 1.4 2 ,稳定性RSD(% )为 0 .85 ,回收率为 97.4 7%。结论 :此方法可以作为人参首乌精的含量检测方法。
Objective:To present a method for detemination of ginseng polygonum multiflorum refinement. Medthod:using THMERO QUEST-ODS2(150mm×4.6mm SM) column and a mobile phase containing acetonitrile-0.05% plosphoric acid(99:400),The detected wave at 203 nm.Result:Linear Calibration relative r=0.99999. The precision(RSD%),repsesentavity(RSD%) and stability(RSD%) are 0.2,1,42,0.85 respectively.The recorery is 97.47%.Condusion:The method is suitable to the determination of ginseng polygonum multiflorum refinement.
