摘要
目的 :研究中药“神曲”在肠道微生态失衡中的治疗作用。方法 :使用中药大黄煎剂给小鼠灌胃 8日 ,造成肠道菌群失调病理模型 ,将菌群失调小鼠分为 3组 :自然恢复组、药物对照组、神曲治疗组。实验动物经不同因素处理后 ,取各组小鼠肝脏、心脏、肾脏和回肠标本进行光镜观察。结果 :治疗组肝脏、肠管、心脏、肾脏等与正常对照组相比无明显变化 ,其与自然恢复组相比有差异。各治疗组SOD、MDA值与正常组比无差异 ,与自然恢复组相比有差异。结论 :中药“神曲”对于肠道菌群失调引起的肝脏、肾脏和肠道病变具有调整和保护作用 。
Objective:Investigate the cure effect of medicated leaven on intestinal flora imbalanced mice .Methods:gastrogavge the KunMing origin mice with DAHUANG for eight days to make into intestinal flora balanced pathologic model . they were divide into three groups, including, Recovery group,Drug control group and Medicated leaven group .We observe the histological and pathological changes on the liver, heart, kidney, and the ileum by the microscope after processing with different factors. Results:Compared with normal control group, there was no significant difference on the liver, intestine, heart and the kidney, there were differences compared with the Recovery group; There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the normal group, however, existing differences compared with the recovery group. Conclusion:Medicated leaven, a kind of Chinese material medical, can modulate and protect the liver, kidney, and the intestine of the flora imbalanced mouse, and it has cure effect to some extent.
