摘要
目的 :观察高位硬膜外阻滞对扩张型心肌病 (DCM)心衰的疗效 ,探讨其治疗机理。方法 :对 5 6例扩张型心肌病心衰患者进行胸段硬膜外阻滞 4～ 8周。结果 :总有效率 91.7%。结论 :胸段硬膜外阻滞对扩张型心肌病心衰患者治疗效佳 ,其机理可能与现代医学理论中枢抑制原理有关。
Objective: Observe curative effect of high extradural block to dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM) , explore curative mechanism of it. Methods : Using thoracic part extradural block to 56 DCM patients for 4～8weeks .Results: The total effective rate of high extradural block to dilated cardiomyopathy is 91.7%.Conclusion : Thoracic part extradural block to DCM is effective. The mechanism is maybe correlation with central inhibition treatment of modern medical theoretical.
