摘要
利用生物技术开发的微生物絮凝剂是一种新型絮凝剂,具有无毒无害,微生物降解性能好,无二次污染,成本低等优点。一般微生物絮凝剂相对分子质量很大,化学成分主要是粘多糖、蛋白质、脂类等物质,培养液的温度、pH对絮凝剂产生菌的产率和活性有很大影响,某些金属离子对微生物絮凝剂的活性有抑制或促进作用。对微生物絮凝剂产生菌和微生物絮凝剂的特性、制备条件及其在废水处理中的发展和应用进行了综述。
Bioflocculant is a new kind of flocculant which is produced by biotechnology. It has many advantages such as being innocuity, no second pollution, good capacity of microorganism degradation and being low cost. Common bioflocculant has big molecular weight and its main chemical components are pectic amylose, protein, grease ,etc.. The temperature and pH of culture broth have a big effect on the yield and activity of the bioflocculantproducing microorganisms. Some metal ions restrain or accelerate the activity of bioflocculation. The characteristics of bioflocculantproducing microorganisms and bioflocculants are discussed, then the producing conditions of some bioflocculants are also introduced. In the end, their research and application in wastewater treatment are summarized.
