用人工授精方法,获得泥鳅的受精卵,详细观察了其早期发育过程,描述了胚胎发育各个阶段及其仔鱼的形态特征等。此外,对泥鳅受精卵的孵化时间和有效积温与水温的关系,进行了回归分析。
This article reports the embryo development and post-larva of Misgurnus anguillicaudatus and the relationship between its incubation and the water temperature. The experimental materials were obtained by artificial insemination.
The egg of this fish species is demersal and spherical in shape measuring 0.83-0.94mm in diameter. The chorion in water is slightly sticky. The embryo hatohes about 37 hours after fertilization at 21-23.5℃. According to the morp hological characters, the embryo development may be divided into 6 stages.
The newly hatched larvae are 3.2-3.5mm in total length with 38-42 pairs of myotomes. About 62 hours after hatching, the yolk sac is nearly absorbed and the larvae begin to feed on small planktons.
The results of regression analysis showed that the time of incubation and the effective accumulated temperature have negative correlations with the water temperature.
