摘要
变态反应性鼻炎是病位主要在鼻粘膜 ,以IgE介导的Ⅰ型变态反应性疾病。中医学认为病因病机为外感风寒 ,肺、脾、肾三脏俱虚 ;以“苍耳子散”为主方结合辨证进行加减治疗。在治疗过程中 ,鼻甲粘膜色泽由白或淡蓝色转为红色是疗效观察的指标。
Allergic rhinitis mainly occurs on the mucous membranes of the nose.It is a model of allergic disease related to IgE.Based on Basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Its pathogeresis is that exterior wind and cold invades,meanwhile the Lung,Spleen and Kidney is respective or all insufficiency interiorly.Drawing on differentiation and treatment of common syndromes and combining modem pharmacological research on Traditional Chinese Drugs cures allergic rhinitis on the basis of symptoms of patients.Recipe is Xanthium.The colour change of the mucous membranes of the turbinate may be regarded as an important index in the course of curing allergic rhinitis.
